OK

As a flying circus player, here is the biggest piece of advice I could give: focus on one at a time! This is what always gets my opponents. They get so worried and try to kill them all at once. Even 1 dead daemon can deal a crippling blow to a flying circus list. Preferably, kill fateweaver first if you can, and the army will crumble. He is just so essential. Also, regular DPs are very squishy and die very easily. Just shoot everything you have at your target that turn, wait for it to get grounded, shoot it again, assault, profit.
Your bikers should be very good at shooting them out of the sky. Also, your battlewagons can insta-gib fateweaver and DPs with it's deff rolla.

Anyways, remember to FOCUS ON ONE AT A TIME!

First a 2+ save, 2+ invulnerable is actually not possible. With grimoire you can get 2+ invulnerables on a single unit but in that case don't shoot at that unit.

Dakka jets, gretchin on quadd gun, ghazzkull, and lootas are all great units against FMC circus.

herpguy gave great advice. Any FMC based list you should always focus one down at a time. You should start shooting them with a large number of relatively unimportant firepower or skyfire to force grounding checks. Once you get one grounded open up with any and every gun within range and then charge it with whatever cheap boyz unit is near. This way either you win combat or you have a decent chance to keep him on the ground when he wins combat (hopefully in his turn).

A CD FMC circus depends on 1) grimoire and 2) fateweaver. Usually they will either grimoire fatey or fly him off the board. Therefore target number 1 should usually be the grimoire prince/LoC. If you can you should always kill fatey if your opponent messes up (even the best players do fairly often). This reduces your opponent's entire army as warp storm has a great chance of destroying them and without the reroll a turn the grimoire becomes much riskier and your grounding checks become much scarier.

I would normally recommend a MSU approache in list construction but being as you are orks that is not really an option. You are either putting 12 in a wagon or 20-30 on the ground. I would however recommend that you try leaving your PK nobs out of challenge range unless it will let you control the timing of a combat resolution so that the DP breaks out the end of the opponent's assault phase.
