It's not an official model AFAICS, looks like an attempt to scratch build a Baneblade, and there are definitely original parts there, but not a complete model.

It looks like a 28mm scale version of the original 6mm Epic scale Baneblade.

It could be scratch built but it is possible that Armorcast made a resin version. It looks rather 'squeezed' in dimensions so is probably a scratch build.

It uses parts of the Leman Russ kit, so another vote for scratchbuilt "baneblade" from me.

Tracks, hatches, the battle cannon, etc are from a LemanRuss.
