Subject: Eldar vs Tau tacics help needed

Hello, been lurking around looking for strategies for my eldar to use against a pure tau/ farsight list. My current list (eldar) is running with multiple windrider bike squads, farseer, and warlocks. A Wraithknight and two double lance Lords are my go to heavy support usually, and i have a seer with 2 units of wraithgaurd in serpents for more scoring and some extra firepower. Ive attempted multiple load-outs for the majority of the army even trying to min unit what I could to increase the number of targets on the field, even going as far as putting half my bikes or more into reserve so as to not get shot off the table on turn 1 if he goes first. The general list I have been playing against on the Tau side is Farsight with two units of crisis suits with plasma guns as the ally with the primary being 2 commanders, a marco in a unit of marker drones and a buffmander in a 3 man unit of millesides; 2 riptides with ion, and one R'varna.
Despite everything I've tried im averaging out loosing at least 1 to 2 entire units of bikes and maybe a serpent if he rolls lucky, not to mention a few wounds on the wraithlords usually by turn 2 or if im rolling badly on cover saves by turn 1. I'd rather not stack wave serpents and im pretty sure the seer council would get countered pretty hardcore by his list, my list is mostly a themed list, but its becoming apparent when i get tabled or pretty close by turn 3 it needs an overhaul. I love when models fly off the table fast and bloody, but when you're the only one pulling models off by the handful and the opponent keeps 80% of his list were they deployed....it gets old. So, my question to yall is what can I change up or am I missing something to even out this drastic gap in list balance. I've scoured the codex and I haven't found anything combo-wise that doesn't rely on cover (obviously that's worthless). Any help or thoughts would be appreciated

Hurr! Ogryn Bone 'Ead!

Please tell us his exact or close to list. Is he running riptides or fire warriors to stay back, when his bomb hits. Is it a full bomb, or a semi bomb with not all his eggs in one basket...

It was an idea I blogg'd on recently.

Hmn... well what kind of missions do you play? If it's KP only then you are in trouble but assuming you do things properly and there are , you know, objectives! then play to the mission.
How about 3 wave serpents on a Skyshield with a wraith knight behind then with the 2 S10 weapons (wouldn't normally recommend these but instant death to buffmanders / transport opening and sitting on a 4++ it's maybe viable). This is your firing base.
Focus on blowing up his scoring units from extreme range and on turn 5 just jump out the serpent and score the objective.
Reserve your bikes as long as possible and then hide them until the biggest threats have been blown off the board by your firing platform then move them up to contest etc. I would recommend minimum units of bikes for this purpose.
Alternatively you can bring a eldar revenant annihilate half his army a turn while being basically invincible (stick him on the pad and he has a 50% chance to dodge shots, and another 50% chance to pass his invuln, fortune him for extra lulz)
