Chapter master and rune priest, join a 5 man bike squad, creating a deadly deathstar with high mobility, shooty and assault goodness, psychic defence and durability.
The other bike squad along with the death star, supports the podding grey hunters arriving in my opponents face. Long fangs and TFC provide heavy fire support from distance.
The grav-guns do excellent combo with jaws and the blind effect of the burning blade (lowers init to 1). The Chapter master with this loadout is the best, and most cost efficient character in the game right now in my opinion. A S7,T5,W4, IWND, FNP , 2+/3++/6+++ striking at init 5 with 6 Attacks (4+charge+2 weapons)on the charge + Hammer of wrath.
There 5 troop choices and almost 50 models on the table... so what do you think? Pretty scary

Shield Eternal is a Storm Shield, which doesn't allow for the +1 attack for 2 CCW. Text for this is in the C:SM armory. Imo, the Runepriest need not join the bikestar. His prescience would be wasted as far as shooting is concerned (affecting only the grav guns, and there are only two of those) and using Jaws or LL will force the rest of the squad to fire at the same target. He would be better served with the Long Fangs or pod hunters.

They are my bulwark against the Terror. They are the Defenders of Humanity. They are my Space Marines, and they shall know no fear.

Stick the Rune Priest with the Long Fangs, swap the Jump Pack for Terminator Armor. Jaws is nice against certain armies, but he's too easy to kill in a forward position and you don't want all your eggs in one basket.
If you really want to Jaws instead of using Prescience on your Long Fangs, drop one Grey Hunter and stick him in a pod with them for turn one goodness.

I don't agree keep the div rune priest on a bike prescience is great for combat or shooting, 4 grav shots is fine and including re rolling for combat...
