James Tighe who is a wargaming columnist for At Tha Movies is a fluff player who needs help building a competitive Eldar army list for this year's Throne of Skulls tournament.

To make things a little more difficult, James has given himself a budget of £50.00, nut intends to use some of his existing models.

Avatar as an hq choice is a HUGE fore magnet. I would drop him for a farseer with the shard of anaris if you want that fearless badly. Also would help by boosting out some powers. Warlocks are nice, but there leadership isnt so im on the line with them. Troops look mostly good, i would recomend 5 dire avengers in the serpents though. Then with other points i recommend X3 war walkers, and 2 squads of warp spiders, (Money spent here, as i dont see any on the list) either 5 man or 10 man. I would also recomend a 5 man naked squad of fire dragons in an serpent for some anti av 13-14. Hope that helps, the total should be around 1500.

In a competitive setting I foresee a tabling.

If you have to use the models you have as 50 pounds isn't even worth pulling out of your wallet, an army that I see as slightly competitive is this.

2 falcons both with 5 dragons in it
3 walkers with double lances.
ageis line with icarus lascannon

So not sure 100% on point cost but should be about 1500-1600 max.

psh screw falcon get a wave serpent/convert a falcon into one. It isnt to hard, ive done it.

If he can't convery falcons or they arnt alowed to convert then taking falcons is the only option aposed to banshees.

He has a 75$ budget.....

What does $75 have to do with converting falcons into serpents if its not allowed? Make a bribe?
