Hey all,

Just curious what the best method for handling mech flyers (obviously fmcs aren't too nerve racking). I'm thinking our skimmers can out manuever any flyer without a 360 degree arc, which seems like it's most of them. I know we have our razorwing jetfighter, but here's why that seems counter intuitive for our general strategies:

We enjoy going first for the alpha strike as that's really our best defense... If we go first and our jet fighters make their reserve rolls, they're almost certain to be blasted out of the sky. This concerns me. Any thoughts?

Aside the obvious take allies, I'd say the sheer availability of dark lances means you don't need to worry. Even on 6s that
Lance blast will do it

Thatd what i was thinking. I am of the impression that ravagers beat out our flyers hands down

Basically whats been said, I also like taking an ADL with quad gun for an insurance policy and so far I can't think of a game where it didn't make back it's points and then some in blown up flyers alone.

haywyches also work really well if you can get the flyer to hover, which isn't too hard with our mobility.

Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings.
