I cant find this in my search.

the standard/banner of the seekers, can it be used the turn they arrive from outflank so that if I get them and a deep striking unit in the same turn the deep strikers can land close to my seekers?

It can indeed, the daemon banners don't share the restrictions these sort of items usually have.

Then I can really see a use for having small units of seekers and 20-man units of furies coming in via secured DS

thanks!

Sooo... I could walk on with seekers and a standard, scatter my first unit in close proximity without scattering and (have an instrument on that unit) take a second unit and deep strike them in close proximity to the first unit that deep striked and building my way forward towards my opponents battle line.

in that case I could walk in from the edge of the board and deep strike in chain right up to my opponents face. That sounds too good to be true frankly

Since you can't assault on the turn you arrive from reserves its not really broken

ok its not broken

but I would have 40-60 bodies for him to handle just from one turn to another, I can see many struggle with that

And I will get to close combat either in his assault phase or mine

You can already do that from deployment. the only thing that changes is that you charge on turn 3 instead of turn 2
