At 1250 he is going to put two Land Raiders in his list, occupied by two groups of assaulty marines and including techmarine choices that will bolster defences for his deckchair scouts equiped with camo cloaks. How do I test him? In the past when he puts these land raiders out I just put lots of powerklaw on the table and usually the scrum that ensues is a worthy system of dice rolls. I was thinking about some Mekboyz in battlewagons but I wanted to know what the Ork Codex could do to give his list some challeges (We are talking about two land raider (redeemers probably) and scouts.). I was thinking maybe Snikrot or Zagstruk for his backfield, or maybe just an extra unit or two toting powerklaw to make his land raiders hate me. Are there any other things I should consider at this list size?

3 bw with deffrollas. I'd not suggest spamming deffrollas otherwise but when u're 100% sure to meet a landraider - go for it. All in all - orkses are not afraid of landraiders. I mean you can deal with them just fielding bikerboss with some nob bikers. A bunch of meganobz in a trukk will steamroll a landraider either.

Orkses are gona have an upper hand vs double landraiders with almost any list for sure. Maybe cept for loota spam.
