If a model has the relentless USR, and is carrying a salvo weapon, does that model count as having moved for the purpose of determining how the salvo weapon fires?

grav canons being salvo weapons that will always fire 5 shots as they are relentless

Actually they are Slow and purposeful. Still works the same though.
