Despite his hefty price, I'm quite keen to use Azzy in a DA force due to his force multipliers and options he offers with scoring troops. Just wondering what the best way to field him is?
So far I've got 3 ideas:

1) The standard anchoring the guard shooty blob with his LD10, fearless and 4++, the slight chance to blind opposing units and furious charge to give the unit some countercharge melee potential. Am I right in understanding the FnP trait at an objective doesn't transfer to allies?

2) 10 man shooty terminator squad, with an divination rad grenade toting inquisitor that can give them scout. Scout them midfield where there fire power is most effective ideally onto an objective if there is one for the FnP, rad grenades also help them in the unlikely event someone tries to shift them by melee, reckon the plasma syphon would be worth it in this case? Would it be viable with a 5 man team? Just feel I need more bodies to give it staying and fire power but as a 10man team its taking up over 800pts.

3) Melee command squad in an LRC, gives them a little more survivability against power weapons, a little more punch with furious charge and a chance to blind. On the down side it doesn't score, its melee in a shooting edition and to top things off am I right in understanding the powerfield doesn't work on the LRC while they are in it?

The guard blobb has been the best one in my experience. It can very effectively hold the middle board and put off a decent amount of shooting as well. If you throw an inquisitor with hammerhand or prescience the unit becomes pretty brutal as well.

A fun way to field him that is actually somewhat effective is a large unit of ogryn with yarrick in the unit. This unit is extremely hard to kill due to the T5 reroll successful to wound, 4++, and multiple wounds on each ogryn (rotate them out to spread out wounds). It is too expensive for it's mobility so it is not great but it is hilarious.
