Well first off, Belial is 190 points, not 160. A 10 man tactical squad + Rhino + flamer is only 180 points. Your list there is actually 1015, not 995.
Deathwing terminators due to their rules automatically deep strike on turn 1 or turn 2, depending on which you pick. There is no need, whatsoever, for the locator beacon on the drop pod with the dread. They'll be with Belial, anyway, so the terminators won't scatter.
If he's bringing a lot of footslog Tau, give the terminator who can equip a heavy weapon a Heavy Flamer. He'll single-handedly roast an entire Pathfinder squad, because Deathwing Terminators have a special rule called "Vengeful Strike" which gives them twin-linked guns on the turn they arrive from deep strike. Twin-linked template weapons mean you reroll the Wound rolls. S5 wounds Tau infantry on a 2+ (they are only T3), ignores cover which they'd want to try to be in, AND beats the armor of any non-Battlesuit in that entire codex. No saves + reroll insurance in case you roll 1s on your hits + automatically hits + you can splitfire anyway so the 4 terminators and Belial will potentially dakka the hell out of another one of his squads?
Trust me. You'll be a really happy camper. Again, with Belial, you'll deep strike exactly where you need to be, exactly when you need to, and can position the heavy flamer guy to straight eat his pathfinders.
I don't think I'd bother with the venerable upgrade for either dreadnought. BS 5 is nice, but 4 should be sufficient as you'll gib any of his hammerheads. You'll also get the shot off before the hammerheads get to fire at your dreads as they'll be deep striking in. Chances are if they don't blow up the Hammerheads, they are going to die anyway so saving 50 points on your list to throw elsewhere is huge.
Also not sure I'd bother with the assault squad, at all. The set up works for the player you're fighting, though. Still, you're playing Dark Angels. You can take bikers. Scout move turn 1 and you're already within assault distance if the enemy gets the first turn and they somehow survive the shooting phase.
Added: Also keep in mind if you are ever just 5 points under, you can always throw a chainfist or TH/SS onto one of your terminators.
