Subject: Necrons Catacomb Command Barge, Is it good? Should I put Imotekh on it?
So as the title says, I'm planning to take Imotekh for my Necron army and I was wondering if the Catacomb Command Barge is any good, and if it is good for Imotekh to ride on?

The value of the command barge is in the chariot rules.
Sweep attacks are great but are absolutely brutal with a warscythe because of it's stats and strength bonus. Sweep attack a vehicle and you're doing extra hits against it and could blow it up and still be able to charge something later in the turn.
Chariots get extra Hammer of Wrath hits and allows the character to be in base contact but not able to be challenged (so MSSFTW!).
There's other nuances to the chariot rules that makes it worthwhile to take if you have a random warscythe wielding overlord but I'll let you look it over. Overall though - I do not take it unless I can get a warscythe in there.

Unhoyllama summarized it pretty good. Imothek should better be on foot with a unit of Immortals or an elite unit if you like.
An Overlord in a CCB can operate on his own wrecking havoc. For this, you better let him approach the enemy along a flank and don't let him unsupported.
