Just want to ask how to let an imperial guard squad last longer in battle and inflict the most damage to the enemy. Stand positions, equipment , anything?

Well, I will preface this by saying that when playing IG, you really should focus on EITHER stayyng alive OR doing damage. In general, one makes the other harder, so just pick one for each squad. I find the best principle is not to ask 'how do I make these guys last longer?' but 'how can I make sure these guys are useful while they are alive?'
Defence:
- ADL is the obvious answer, giving them a 4+ cover that can easily hide a platoon, and if you use a CCS to give 'Incoming' order to boost that to an awesome 2+. If you then need them to pop up quickly, use GBITF.
- You can add Azreal for a 4+ invuln and Fearless. Use a PFG libby if you want a cheaper but less effective (although I'd say more cost-justifiable) answer. Coteaz/Inq/Libby fishing for the 4++ power can also work, but is less reliable.
- Adding a Commissar can help them stick around longer as a squad, as can a character with ASTKNF.
- If all else fails, you can get 5+ cover just by throwing another unit the way.
Offence:
- Long range is your friend. When shooting tanks with a LC infantry squad, you do the same damage at 1" or 48", so keep back if you want to maximise the number of turns you're doing damage without taking as much. Most enemy units will outmatch guardsmen at under 24", but struggle to be effective outside that.
- If you combine squads, you can focus your ablative wounds, keeping the dangerous guns back and using the rest of the guys as meatshields. Again, this means you can do more damage over more turns,
- Similarly, if you are playing aggressively, then keep the flamers/meltas/power weapons in the middle of the squad so they last until you get in range.
Hope that helps.

You're playing imperial guard, your squads arent supposed to last! lol they are all expendable!
Well most of the time your infantry squads are used as shields for your heavy support so you usually want those troops to be low in upgrades.
If you want your guys to live longer then make sure they are always in cover. When they hold objectives make sure you order them to go to ground so they can get a better cover save.
What type of guard are you playing? gunline, mech, or air cav? Think about what roll you want them to do and only give them what you think is necessary to do that roll for they are guardsmen, they will die to most firepower.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. A normal infantry squad, a veteran squad? how many points do you wanna spend? Tactics in table layout? Need more details.

What about fighting necrons what a normal infantry squad can do?

Necrons is a tough fight for guard, as inside 24" they will outshoot you every day and twice on Sundays. However, their firepower is massively limited outside 24", so you need to be getting the milage out of your heavy weapons. I'd even suggest Heavy Bolters on some squads to do AP4 damage to the crons at range.
I'd also use them as separate squads in every mission other than Kill Points, as at least you can provide target overload and limit them killing you in batches of 10 at the most.
Really, though, against Crons you need the rest of the army (tanks, artillery, fliers) to do the heavy lifting, the infantry should be for mopping up and holding objectives.
