Anyone been watching this?
Quite enjoyable imo. Has a GoT feel to it albeit nowhere near as dark or gritty.
Finished season 1 there, the episode where they attack England is excellent and Ragnarr as the lead is very well acted/motivated.
Cinemtaography and setting are top notch as are the costumes and feel etc.

Interested to see what direction they take S2 in as the finale of S1 really blew things open.

Oh yeah, it's a great show, can't wait for season 2 and season 1 to come out on DVD.

That sentence made me think that S2 was already out for a minute.

Historically inaccurate on some points but I enjoyed watching it nonetheless.
I can't wait for season 2. I hope Floki won't die; he is epic!

Being a native Scandinavian person myself, i do find this show rather interesting, i guess the only complaint i have about the show so far is the freaking hairstyles that they have lol that and Ragnar's stupid idea to cheat on his wife but you know that's all minor stuff really. And yeah sure the show isn't a 100% historically accurate, few shows on Tv are even if they are shown on like history channel lol.

The historical accuracy is piss poor but I loved the first season and its the only current, half decent show for the period that I know of.

Would anyone else love to see a TV adaptation of The Saxon Stories by Bernard Cornwell? Uhtred of Bebbanburg, the only Saxon who can out-Viking the Vikings.
