I'm just concerned about your troops at this point level. The biggest downside to bike lists is that once your opponent picks away your troops....the game is much easier for them to win. At 1750 points, I would have 5-6 bikes squads for your troops. Other then that...it is your run of the mill bike list.

I understand the benefits of a tooled up Chapter master and the Runepriest, but since you pack so many grav-guns, i am not sure they are necessary.
Note that the Runepriest can be focus-fired upon.
Khan, you need him, he brings too much.
I would save all those points to bring more troops (even scouts or tacticals) and 2 Thunderfire cannons.
Also, better a melta bike squad other than a flamer one. Take skyhammer on your talons and save many points there as well
