First painted mini in many years, I've caught the P&M bug again and used a stray marine I had lying around to try and relearn some basics. I'm not sure if I want to weather him or keep him as is.

I'm also torn on if I should try to free hand the tactical squad symbol or use decals,

I've got a bit of a soft spot for the blue guys, and I hope to get a full squad done soon

Very nice. I would go for a decal so it matches the Ultra shoulder pad.

Nice work, very clean. I'd personally free-hand it, as it builds your skills and allows some more variation over multiple models, but then I just hate decals.
