Looks okay, not too cheesy for taudar. Couple things of note though:

1). Why not just give the skyfire broadsides the target lock and save on points? There are very few situations I can think of where you'll be wanting to shoot at more than 2 units w the one broadside squad...

2). See if you can squeeze another 3 'sides in there and then take a Fire Support Cadre

Broadsides can only have 1 upgrade, so cant have sky fire and target lock =-(

FSC? I have to say, i have been away from the game for over a year, and only had about 9 or 10 months in the game before that so im not the most experienced of players

Skyfire on a IA tide isnt really effective. I would take at least 1 HBC for your AA / FMC with this list. You also lack ML support to make your Tau hit hard.

Is there any marker light support at all? Seems like it would be important.
