What we've got here is an attempt at a good ol' fashioned body-heavy Black Templars list. It's not super competitive or anything, but I've got all the stuff to build it and I think it could hold its own.

The laserback units combat squad with missiles holding backfield objectives. Plasma teams set up close to midfield for layered plasma shooting. Laserbacks snipe with the plan to rush objectives turn three-four. Turn one the Sternguard drop to take out the big-nasties, hopefully turn two the ironclad drops to wipe up some soft infantry in the opponent backfield with the dual flamers, then serves as a distraction unit. The Crusader Squad does what it does best and attempts to smash enemy infantry with the attached Termy Chaplain.
