Hey guys, I was just wondering how your experiences were with this site? I just ordered from them a couple of days ago, didnt bother to look at reviews til earlier today, saw that a bunch of them took a while to ship out,etc and these posts were back in 09-12'. Was wondering if their service has changed or are they still the same?

I have not ordered from them in a few years. Used to be decent and I never had any problems but it does not look to me like they had been updating their site. I thought they jest fell off the face of the earth. Did they get you a confirmation email?

Yeah, I received the confirmation email but it went into the mysterious 'Pending'. Which from what I read is Limbo for the bits. xD I just wanted to see if their customer service is as they were said to be.. I called the number on the site, asked if this was bitz barn, and told me no, it was something else-barn and laughed, then hung up. sooo. Im not sure what to think. Made sure it was the right number, and it was.

Expect terrible communication and if a problem arises expect the owner, Robert, to act like a child. Also, expect to wait a while before receiving your goods. However, it is very likely that your package will arrive with the correct items in good condition eventually.

The only reason to use BB is the good discount and selection. Online shopping for gw products exposes you to a market filled with people who run businesses without the concept of customer service. I have used them all (at least 10 different ones) and poor customer service is standard.
