So my pin for my bottle of plastic glue decided to go for a swim and is now inside the glue bottle itself, should i just get a new bottle of plastic glue or try to fish it out with something?

I added small greenstuff blobs to the end of the pins I use to do this for this reason.

Would a pair of pliers or tweezers work? depending on the size of the pin and bottle...

As long as the pin isn't plastic it presumably won't set off the glue, so you could keep using it?
