Terminator with Assault Cannon

Hey guys, are models I. Terminator armour affected by having weapons with the "heavy" characteristic?
E.g:
A paladin with a psycannon (heavy) moves in the movement phase, does he then have to take a snapshot if he wants to fire his weapon? Or does he fire at full BS?

No all terminators have the relentless rule, meaning they fire all their ranged weapons as if they had not moved (even if they have).
Part of the reason I wish chaos terminators could carry sonic blasters and blast masters!

Terminator armour has a special rule allowing the model to fire heavy weapons. IE assault cannons and cyclone missle launchers. Its called relentless and they would fire at full BS.

How is this an unclear question?
It clearly spells out what rules you get with terminator armor...
No rulebook maybe?

Because they don't list the special rules granted by the armor in the unit entry, even if every member of the unit has that armor. No other imperial armor has built-in rules that are not listed in the unit entry. For a new player this information is kinda hidden in a section of the codex you might think just contains fluffy descriptions.

That'd go a long way toward making Slaanesh chaos armies a contender with Nurgle. Man, I really would love to see that too.

Is there any other imperial armour or wargear that has special rules that doesn't list them in unit entry? Runic armour for example.
They have to list the rules as there are more than terminator squads that can wear the armour.
