This is my first 300 list. I have only been playing infnity for a month or so so i dont know how this stands up. What is it lacking? Would it have any major drawbacks in scenarios? I know i onlyhave 7 orders but how big of a deal will that make?
Sphinx
Seed soldier paramedic
Malignos sniper
Shrouded hacker
Shrouded minelayer
Speculo killer
Aswuang lieutenant

Are you building this list for ITS scenarios, or just YAMS/annihilation? If you know how to play your list in and out, you can deal with 7 orders outside of ITS. It's generally recommended to go for 10 at 300pts, however the Sphinx is not a cheap TAG so you're probably going to be looking at 8-9 orders. If you're not building for ITS, I'd drop the Malignos sniper. It's 47pts. Change the Seed Soldier paramedic to a normal Seed Soldier (paramedics are generally terrible), and bring a second Seed Soldier, and take a Haiduk sniper, bringing you to 8 orders and still keeping a (albeit not TO) sniper. You're lacking an Engineer however, and you may want to repair your TAG at some point. If you're going for ITS, I'd look at seriously rejiggering the list. You'll want at least 4 specialists (hackers, paramedics, doctors, engineers, forward observers) in there and as close to 10 orders as possible, probably dropping the TAG.

Awww i love the TAG. Why do i need that many specialists? I understand that the scenarios call for them in order to score, but would list be possible to use in ITS? Any extra info would be great for this newbie.

You can use the list in ITS, you have 2 specialists. However, 4 is generally recommended for two reasons:
First, redundancy. Infinity is a lethal game, and models, even well armoured tough models, die easily. At least 4 means some will survive an alpha strike to go and complete objectives. 2 is pretty low - a dedicated opponent who sees you have only 2 specialists will make them priority targets.
Second, classified objectives. These all require different types of specialists. Bringing one of each type of specialist means you have the widest chance of being able to complete classified objectives. If you don't have a Forward Observer or a hacker with a Hacking Device Plus, and roll Telemetry, you can't complete it.
Finally - and this is about the Sphinx - ITS games are a draw if you table your opponent. ITS is about objectives and tactical play, not pumping orders into a TAG to wipe out your opponent. The best thing a TAG will do in ITS is be a hardcore area denial unit, but it won't win you the game.

Oh! Ok i didnt know ITS ended in a draw that way. What units are reccommended from the sectorial as specialists? I might try to still use the sphinx for now, but i am definitely going to try games without him and compare them

On that I can't help you. I'm not a Shasvastii player, so I'm not all that knowledgeable about building an ITS list for them.

If you are looking for a useful specialist, don't overlook the Med-Tech Obsidian Medchanoid. It is a doctor and an engineer. For a mere 3 points, you can give it a Slave Drone and hide the whole game. Heck, give it two! A point of caution, though: they will really stand out in an army that starts the game as all markers, making them juicy targets for every gun on the other side.
I am also a fan of the Malignos Hacker. Hidden deployment and infiltrate right up to the middle without a PH roll. Then, hijack their TAGs or REMs or hack an objective before they even knew you were there. True Shasvastii style. Also, WIP of 14 makes him your best hacking unit. 49 points is a bit steep for a hacker, but can rock your opponents world when used correctly.
As much as I love the Sphinx, I am also of the opinion that the points can be spent better elsewhere for an ITS list.

Yeah, T.A.G.s seem to be a little 'outside looking in' when it comes to ITS lists...

Which means if you hide the Obsidon for the whole game, its Slave isn't going to be doing anything. Also, for ITS, objectives cannot be completed by models with G:Servant, which means the Obsidon needs to come out if it wants to complete an objective. edit - yes, I was missing something. I forgot G:Servant doesn't have the ZoC limitation of G:Synchronised. However, there is still the ITS limitation of Servant models not being able to complete objectives.

*facepalm*
Completely forgot the restriction about G:Servant and G:Synchronized not being able to complete objectives. I haven't used this combo for ITS stuff, yet. And now I won't!
Apart from that, the 3-point guy could be helpful for non-objective-related Engineering/Doctoring.
