Pretty much topic. Wondering if there are good books out there, specifically about Vect and Commoragh?

Andy Chambers is currently working on a triology, with 2 novels (accompanied by 3 small ebook releases).
First book was okay, featuring an archon, a succubus and a haemunculus as main characters in Commoragh and Vect in the background, haven't read yet the second book (but it starts with an Incubus and a solitaire). Guess there is no alternative.

Awesome info. Does most of it take place dealing with the harsh ruthless conditions of Commoragh? Thanks for the insight!

Yes(ish), they are rather good all things considered.

So far Path of the Renegade, and Path of the Incubus are the two books released for the Dark Eldar. The third one of the series, Path of the Archon should be out in the next few months. I've read the two so far and they were both very good reads. They both paint a very good picture of what life in Commoragh is like.

Oh stop complaining, its for the greater good... Now get in the box!

Firedrake (vol 2 of the Salamnders Tome Of Fire series) is also dEldar heavy, but told from a Marine viewpoint.

As a Dark Eldar fan, I couldn't finish this one: Too much "Oh my Brother", not enough info on DE.

I read the whole trilogy when my tolerance for gak Black Library books was much higher, and even then it was one of the worse efforts I came across. Then all the hardback shenanigans occurred and I got a lot less tolerant.

Recommended for content, NOT for quality!

The Dark Eldar Path books where AMAZING, putting the CWE snooze fest that is their path series to shame. The first was a great book in it's own right but the second book was m favourite. They both have great characters (You will love the Harlequin, he is really fun) and delve into the dark city like the codex doesn't. The death and Grim darkness is much more gritty. I can only recommend.

On another note if you a re looking for a fully book that is on Dark Eldar that is utterly free and extremely well written then I really recommend this story. Yes it is a fan fic, but read the first chapter then tell me this isn't EXACTLY what you are looking for. http://www.thedarkcity.net/t1119-trueborn-completed
