I bought these rules but i have never used a data slate before and have a few questions.
Can these be brought in normal 40k games and tournaments?
Does this turn the Stormraven, and 2 Stormtalons a single unit? Meaning they have to all shoot at the same target?
Can SW take them?

to expand on what nwabudikemorgan said. for tournaments I would check with the TO ahead of time. some are not allowing data slates. IMO better safe than sorry to just ask ahead of time

Also note that you cant do anything with them either beside just fly and shoot.

You cannot embark units onto the storm raven nor may the storm talons escort other units onto the table that come in from reserves.

They are just flyers for the sake of having flyers.

Well thats not the worst thing for a pod army thaat has zero anti air.
