I am looking to spend around $400 on an army. I am looking for anything 40k and really looking for dwarfs, empire, Dark Elves.
really interested in elder and IG and maybe a giant ork army. please let me know what you have. Thank you. Also looking for mostly plastic and will pay with PayPal.

I've got a mix of current and OOP Dark Elves that need a good home, I happened upon them at a garage sale and have no interesting in starting a large army.
