Bostria is one of the co-founders of Corvus Belli, from what I understand.
Most of the "leadership" of the company have lots of roles in the company. Bostria does most of the concept art and also illustrates a lot of the books from what I am aware.

Fernando Liste and Carlos Torres founded the company. Bostria (another Carlos, hence his nickname being used instead) is an employee who does a lot of the graphics and speaks the best English.

Carlos Llauger is Bostria.
Carlos Torres is Lead designer
Carlos Morales is Koni (who pops up on their forums as well).

He seems to be the PR department too, and does an excellent job of it.
Another name to know is Interruptor (Gutier Lusquinos) who is the game designer. He used to answer rules questions on the Infinity forum.

Bostria is also VERY active on the CB forums and plays in a lot of the tournaments in Spain to the point where he has probably shaken hands with every Spanish Infinity player.

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...

This chap (not the pale looking one!), was lucky enough to meet him at the UK launch of the Paradiso book just over a year ago.
Very sharp guy, and with a great sense of humour. Biggest impression I got from meeting him is how much effort and passion has gone into Infinity, from such a small beginning, and how seriously they take the game and the fans.
