It's somewhat reminiscent of Dreadball but has several differences that make it unique and cool IMHO.
If funded, it's supposed to come with a double sided board, specialty dice (special d6s) and 4 plastic, preassembled teams.
Publisher says the plastic for the teams will be similar to that in the Mice & Mystics board game.

For buyers/backers outside US/North America, high shipping price is known to be problem.
Publisher currently has the best shipping deals he can work out---but is looking for overseas distributors so folks don't have to pay excessive shipping.
He's got a double deal where you buy 2 boxed games for the same shipping amount as a single game----so you and a buddy can team up.
