either gender is fine and non-power armour would be better but i could still get by with power armour model

Then there is an astral claw techmarine that has a nice backpack mounted one.

Probably a good body to start with is a techpriest body as it comes with all the doodads, mabye give it a backpack mounted servo arm that holds the beamer.

Im in the process of making one it seems pretty simple, i got a spare arm from servitor. dont know what its called but its the big claw looking one, Im jamming a necron synape rifle inside the claw thing. a little green stuff. connect with synapse/guass power cables to a IG backpack on the model (gotta have A LOT of power for this bad boy) so you got the alien looking weapon with some imperium tech and equip.

Mounting it like a TF techmarine Underslung with a gkss special weapon hand
