I hope the poster says it all, but if you have further questions then please do feel free to ask, but here are all the rules that you will need for it.
On the 17th of May 2014 the Mid Wales Wargaming Society will be hosting a combat patrol charity tournament to be held at:- St. Mary's Church Hall

The tournament will run from 08:00 to 17:30, Ticket price is £15, this will include a special gift, all proceeds from this charity tournament will be going to Help for Heroes.
The Schedule
08:00 Registration Begins
09:15 Registration Closes
09:15 - 09:45 Event Briefing (there will be a fair bit to say as its for Charity)
09:45 – 11:00 Game 1
11:00 – 11:15 Break
11:15 – 12:30 Game 2
12:30 – 13:45 Lunch time
Before going to lunch, please leave your army on the table that you last played on display for the best painted army voting, you may collect your army at 13:30 ready for the next game
13:45 – 15:00 Game 3
15:00 – 15:15 Break
15:15 – 16:30 Game 4
16:30 – 17:00 Admin session so that we can tally up the points.
17:00 – 17:30 Awards Ceremony
17:30 Thank you and take care on your journey home.
There will be a few small tokens up for grabs as prizes.
Tea and coffee will available on the day at 50p per cup
Army Limitations
Points limit of 600 points (From any current codex)
No 2+ armour saves allowed
No model may have more than 2 wounds
Vehicle armour must not exceed 34 (side, front and rear combined), Necrons Quantum Shielding will not be in-affect (After play testing it has been discovered that in such small games this is just simply to overpowered).
No flyers, fortification or Allies
Rules from Forge World publications will not be allowed, however the models are where they appropriately represent a codex entry (eg. Death korps of krieg as imperial guardsmen)
Scenarios
All missions will be randomly selected using the Eternal War Missions from the warhammer 40,000 rule book found on page 118 and everybody will play the same mission.
Additonal Info
As HQ’s are only optional, to make it fair on all warlord traits will not be in use.
All models must be fully painted, based and assembled
All models must be equipped with the correct weapons/equipment
What to Bring
A copy of your ticket (either printed or available to view on a phone or tablet)
Two copies of your army list (these must be legible)
Dice, templates and tape measure
At least 3 objective markers (we would ask that the bases be no bigger than 25mm)
Your rule book and codex
Some glue (always need glue for battle field repairs)
AND WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON’T FORGET YOUR ARMY
When you arrive for registration you will need to hand over your ticket or have it available to view and a copy of your army list, we will then hand you your event pack for the day.
Points system
Game win 3 points
Game Draw 1 ponit
Game loss 0 points
All models painted 5 points
Each favourite opponent vote 1 point
If there is a draw at the end of the day then overall Victory points will decide
At the end of each game please fill in your score card and at the end of your last game please also select ONE opponent for your favourite opponent vote and then hand in your score card.
Awards
The awards up for grabs on the day are as follows
Best commander of the day (1st place)
Best Lieutenant of the day (2nd place)
Best Sergeant of the day (3rd place)
Best painted army as voted for by you
