Recently my LGS owner asked me about this paint line, they are thinking about getting it in. I was just wondering your guys opinion about it is.

I love the ones that we've picked up. I feel like they're easier to work with and will lay a smoother coat than GW or P3 paints. We have a mix of their Color and Air line. The Model Air line is great even brushing on since it doesn't need to be thinned any further.

I think they're pretty good. I haven't really found them better than GW or P3 myself though. I mostly started buying them because the dropper bottles are better for airbrushing.

Model Color or Game Color? I like VMC a lot, as it tends to have a nice flat finish and goes on rather smoothly. Less of a fan of the VGC, as in my experience it has a rather annoyingly gloss finish.

IMO I love them. The Pigments I found are much richer and vibrant. The bottles use droppers that makes it much easier to manage how much paint you use.

Vallejo colours are fantastic. They're easy to blend with, have decent coverage, and play well with other acrylics.
Even though my go-to paints are P3, I'm starting to switch over to Vallejo Model Air - they are ferociously pigmented.
Definitely get your LGS to carry Vallejo paints.

I wish I had a local source for Vallejo paints. Honestly, they're no better or worse than the competition (GW, P3, Reaper MSP) - all of the lines are good, all have individual quirks that push painters to develop preferences (color by color, frequently), once they've used enough variety to form such opinions. The big edge Vallejo has over most other brands (GW, especially) is the value - lower cost per volume of paint, without sacrificing quality. Personally, I don't much care whether the paints come in pots or dropper bottles, but that's another selling point, for many.
Because of their relative value, they're frequently the gameless or game-hopping painter's choice - why pay more for equivalent quality unless you're tied to one company by necessity, a sense of solidarity, or a reliance on their painting guides? If it's not a GW-only store frequented solely by the rich, there's likely a market for them.
Of course, if the store already carries a variety of brands, there's probably no need to invest in stocking a new line. If they only have one (likely GW, by prevalence), then, as a customer, I'd be very much in favor of expanding their range and Vallejo products are a good way to do it.

I've just started using the VMA line and have to say I find them much better to work with over GW paints. Unfortunately we don't have a local stockist so have to order online but they are cheaper and you get more paint in them too.

I find them to be excellent; I have used game color, model color and model air.
I find the model air brushes on better than the minitaire, although minitaire has a better color range.
I have found however, that a few of the game color paints are a bit thick, but once I have thinned them a bit (with acrylic paint thinner) they are fine (note: not all of them, just a few of the browns).
Great paints...

I have a ton of vallejo and a few GW, a few P3 , scale 75 etc. They all have their own personality. I pick paints based on color now.
I prefer how some brands paint properties more than others but that is secondary to the color of the paint. If GW and vallejo made exactly the same color I would buy the vallejo every time because I hate the GW paint pot and vallejo gives you a dropper and more paint.
p.s. as to "value" i just finished off my first paint pot ever. It was a pot of badab black that I've had for 4-5 years.

I'm getting close, with a few colors (washes, especially), but I've yet to use up a pot/bottle of model paint, either. For more prolific painters, though, it's a factor (it's cited often enough, at least). For the rest of us, the increased volume is icing on the cake - the lower price per bottle is the main boon, as it reduces the cost of acquiring a variety of colors.

All I can do here is second the praise for Vallejo paints (both Air and Colour). Both ranges are great for use on miniatures and the Air range is just as good on a brush as it saves thinning. I use many ranges of paints, and Vallejo are probably my favourite range.

I've found them more delicate than GW paint (...old GW paint anyway, can't keep up with all the changes).
I find highlights with VMC tend to disappear the next day. I'm not sure if it's that they don't mix well with GW and PP paint, but I've found gradients and hue changes get swallowed pretty easily.
I know many talented painters love them, so I think I just need to adjust my approach.

As good as GW paints but cheaper and not GW (that's two pluses).
The instant I used their model air line in my airbrush the first time I was hooked. I can't see myself using anything else for base colours and panel shading anytime soon. I've had a couple that had flow problems but a few drops of water and they where perfect again.

I switched to VGC and love it. The bottles are better--they are easier to use with a palette or an airbrush--the paint is cheaper, and the color saturation is great. The heavy color range is exceptionally well suited for base-coating.
I will never go back to GW until their prices are inline with what Vallejo offers.
Caveat--I barely use any washes in my painting so I can't really speak to them. But the fleshtone wash, which I use for painting gold, is great.
