Thinking of starting a new army, how viable would this be both for social and tournament play.

HQ:
Chaos Lord - 185
with melta bombs, sigil of corruption, gift of mutation, juggernought of khorne, mark of khorne, axe of blind fury

Troops:
35 Cultists - 150

10 Cultists - 50

FA:

Comes to 1765 points (a tweak to 1750 is needed but not sure yet)

Any advice? Recommendations? Weaknesses? Potential additions or ommisions for larger (2000pts) or smaller (1500pts) games?

Also as I will be starting this army from scratch does anyone have any ideas for a cool theme or possible conversions?

1-I think i'd invert the list(Necos w/CSM allies) Doulbe up what you have for crons, CSm get 10man cult, Turkey and Flying DP.

2-If you stay CSM/necro, drop one turkey and add 5 x spawn MoN,
