Hello Dakka. Im getting back into 40k with a friend of mine. Him and I are collecting SW and IG. Looking to make a competitve 1500 point list to start taking to my local store and tournaments. Any criticism or advice is welcome. It would be awesome to hear what armies you think would give this list problems. My big questions are about the number or scoring units and wether it is better to put the lascannons/autocannons with the blob or as HWS.

I am not sure how to fill out the points. I was thinking about adding a Lascannon to the PCS, melta bombs, or give some power weapons to the sergeants. Any advice on how to fill out the rest of the points would be nice, thanks!

Anything will help. Thinking about addng quad gun, dropping the HWS and turning the autocannons into lascannons.
