the monstorus arcanum is such a cool book. Lizzies are kinsmen with the Dread Saurian so the arent restricted to two like other forces.

I'll be honest, the pose is pretty lackluster to me.
I was hoping for a very imposing sculpture, I didn't want another dinosaur sculpt that was elongated and stretched. I would have much preferred a sculpt along the lines of what was actually shown in Monstrous Arcanum, where it was halted and seemingly scanning the horizon for a scent it picked up in the distance . . .:

I support what PrehistoricUFO said, I had hoped for something that truly towers above the rest of the Lizzardmen, and would have an ecualy imposing posture. That and I had also hoped for another take on said beast than the figure shown

It sure would have been a more original pose then the current one. I was honestly unimpressed with it from the first look.
with the aztec "jewelry" it looks a little better, but the naked one just looks like some dinosaur, which isn't what I'm looking for in a fantasy scenario.
It's beautifully made, but quite uninspiring.
