Right fate weaver and a lord of change is 2 HQs then 3 princes as heavy support and then allies 1 more prince and a unit of cultists.

That's what the guy at my club is using to table everyone we have a mixed bag of players
Marines, eldar, tau, necrons, nids and guard and me orks I've already spoke about a 2000 point list with some guys on here
But we know who we're playing and when we are doing it so I need a list that will give me a chance against it!!

Also I've lost against this guy so many times to cheesy ass bs it's unreal! Last time I played him in a 3000 point game and he brought 2 heldrake a and 2 of the necron flyers aswell as his FMCS!! He also knew I was bringing a straight green tide!! Was Spose to be a friendly game that one lol!!

Any help would be great thanks!!!

Hey greywind!

Sounds like sort of a schmuck, bringing Flying Circus + Heldrakes + Nightscythes to a "friendly"....

I have a friend who does that. Hard to get the point across to those guys, sometimes.

I don't really know what might work against Flying Circus Daemons from an Ork perspective, honestly. It's one of those lists, I think, that will just be very difficult to handle. Ork shooting generally isn't going to be powerful enough to kill them all off before they get to your lines, and Ork combat just doesn't hold a candle to the Princes if you can ground them.

On top of that, "enough" ork shooting + "enough" Ork combat power together is probably just too many points to put into the list. one of the Daemon death-star armies would be a much easier task, in my limited experience.

The shooting end probably gives you your most realistic shot against them. Triple Jets, tons of Lootas, a nice big buffer wall of Shootas. Maybe some Kannons and hell, SAG Meks to see if you can get lucky and S12 Mr. Fateweaver right off the table, lol. I'm not too sure.

Example list:
HQ: SAG Mek (Bosspole)= 100
HQ: SAG Mek (Bosspole)= 100
Elites: 15 Lootas= 225
Elites: 15 Lootas= 225
Elites: 15 Lootas= 225
Troops: 20 Shootas (2 Big Shootas)= 130
Troops: 20 Shootas (2 Big Shootas)= 130
Troops: 20 Shootas (2 Big Shootas)= 130
Troops: 20 Shootas (2 Big Shootas)= 130
Troops: 10 Shootas (Big Shoota)= 65
FA: Dakkajet (3 Soopashootas, Ace)= 130
FA: Dakkajet (3 Soopashootas, Ace)= 130
FA: Dakkajet (3 Soopashootas, Ace)= 130
HS: 3 Kannons= 60
HS: 3 Kannons= 60
HS: 3 Kannons= 60
Fortification: Aegis (Comm-Link)= 70

2,000pts. Basically just throw everything you can at them one at time, keep shooting until it's dead, move to the next, down the line... Dunno how it would work out.

Another idea: Ghazghkull with his 2+ invul WAAAGH might be pretty damn good at decapitating one of the big daemons. Problem is he can only do it once unless you have a Warphead and get lucky (which is never a sound battle plan, lol). Ork's heaviest hitters in assault generally just get mopped by the big Daemon FMC's, no two ways about it.

Alpharius is that guy at the FLGS that just got his first 'Start Collecting' box fully assembled, and Guilliman's the guy that's been playing since the 90's. When Alpharius started doing well, Guilliman said he didn't play a 'real army' and started screaming about how he sucked. Then Alpharius tabled him.

This is pretty sound advice. I think flying circus would have problems with this sit, shoot and throw dice. Especially in hammer and anvil. You'll ground every FMC S9 hits will cause wounds. mop up cultists with SAG. Once their on the ground each artillery crew concentrates until one is dead. then assault it.
