Point Cap is meant to be 1650. Basically I was going for your general armor/mechanized list using the "Imperial Guard Armored Battle Group" armylist from "Imperial Armor Volume 1 - Second Edition".

So how terrible is it?

I'd say swap the multi-melta sponson's on the punisher for heavy bolter one's as mixing target types just decreases it's usefulness and add plasma cannon sponson's to the executioner as more plasma is nice. Also maybe swap a vanquisher in to HQ for tank orders and beast hunter shell's. but seems okay. Last one is have you considered your AA? or are you in a no flyer area?

The list has been updated as follows:
- The two Vanquishers have been repurposed as a Company Command Tank and a Commissar Tank
- Punisher has been replaced with an Executioner.
- Executioners have had their upgrades replaced with Plasma Cannon Sponsons
