Hey I'm just starting this game and this was my idea for 600 points, some of my point costs might be off I'm going off memory over now
Lurtz-60
5 uruks with shields -50
5 uruks with pikes- 50
12 Uruk scouts, 8 shields, 4 bows-108
Goblin hero-35
17 goblins-4 axes-76
16 goblins-4 axes-72
Goblin cheese, I mean scribe- 50 points
Isenguard trollolol with spear 106
What do you think, also is this legal?

I think you need more heroes. You need one for each warband. Have you thought about getting any crossbows for your Uruks? They hit very hard.
How do you plan on attacking?

Which Heros specifically, I'm literally brand spankin new I plan on my first game this Saturday, I heard their is a good one to take with guys with cross bows, idk which, I also heard a Orc shaman is also good, what do you guys think?

TBH, not sure about which heroes, but each warband a) cannot be more than 12 figures (you should check this rule re: goblins) and each warband needs to be led by a hero.
My son runs Uruks and he had 5 with crossbows (hit on 4+ with S 4). He led with the troll and followed it with a bunch of pikes in support. I think he was using generic heroes.
If you have them, Warg Riders are nice too as are Berzerkers.

It's a fun game .... you'll get there. Scour ebay for deals. Easy way to bulk out your basic troops.
