Playing a 3000 pt battle against Eldar with a few Tau allies tomorrow and I'm REALLY not too sure about this list, but I'm running out of time. The way this list plays is that the two units of Sniper Scouts combat-squad and hang out behind the ADL, and cover in general, along with the Auto/Las Preds and the Land Speeder Typhoons. If he goes first I have to survive two turns of Eldar shooting and Assault before reinforcements arrive (!!! Sounds like a really bad idea !!!).

The Ironclads drop-pods come down empty as they will be arriving in the Stormravens. The drop pods are meant to block LoS and put Homing Beacons on the field. On my turn two the rest of my army arrives, among others two Stormtalon-escorted Stormravens, each carrying a dreadnought and a unit of Grav-cannon Centurions with a Libby w/ Stormshield which will use 'Skies of Fury' to deploy onto the drop-pods.

My unit of Scouts in a Landspeeder outflank and try to take out any Fireprisms (Ehhh... ). My unit of Tacticals will Combat Squad as well and deploy closer to my Dreadnoughts and Centurions, try to take out a couple of Wave Serpents and threaten his objectives.

I'M NOT CONVINCED THIS IS GOING TO WORK! So if you could, please give me a few tips here. I want to deploy my Dreadnoughts and Centurions using 'Skies of Fury' but worry about a cluttered field and mishaps which is why I throw out empty Drop-pods. Also how do I strengthen my gunline but at the same time threaten his objectives? I only have one Landspeeder Storm!
