So I wanted to do something that doesn't involve my ravenwing, and still be able to win, so I decide to start pondering a potential greenwing list.

The idea is set around azereal and the libby in the land raider, the ten man squad gets a 4 plus invul, plus the libby will take divination to give them all rerolls. The other stuff is for scoring and picking up cheap kills.

At 1500 points, Azrael is to expensive. reserve him for 2000+ That landraider will be an AP magnet with so many points stuffed inside.

My base Greenwing:

2 Lib ML2 using divination(always divination)

3 Full Tacticals with Plasma Everywhere

1 Full Dev with Las cannons

Dakka Banner in some armor (Rhino/Razorback - whatever tickles my fancy)

From there you can build it up, or dress it down a bit.

Aegis Defense, Devs w/ Missles, Ravenwing Bikes, Land Speeder Typhoons, Rhinos for mobility whirlwinds

Personally, I feel as if Greenwing is a highly defensive army, and the weight of fire that the Banner of Devestation can offer is staggering even against the toughest armored troops is hard to pass up.
