Give psybolt ammo to the razorbacks remove lascannon and add a psycannon to the squad inside. Give a halberd on the justicar.

Remove the techmarine. I haven't tried CC dreads with GK but I really prefer dreadknights for CC since they are much more mobile (shunt) and can insta-kill anything with their nemesis weapons. For dreads go with twin autocannons plus psybolt ammo and stick back.

Your list is intended to assault and you have dedicated 1/4 of your points into the LRCrusader with the DCA inside in order to get close and attack.

If you want to keep the assault element then remove the dreads and a storm raven and add 2x Dreadknights. If you want to go more shooty (which is what GKs do best) I would suggest to remove the DCA squad and add more shooting.

Remember that GK own the 24" range and have some descent CC in order to mop the floor with what's left. They currently suffer since there are certain match ups that kill them easily.
