They have. As far as rules go IA11 is worthless now. The only thing that isn't updated somewhere else is the Corsair list.
For the Wasp, and most of the other Eldar stuff, you want Imperial Armour: Apocalypse (2013). The one with the Chaos Reaver on the front. For the flyers you want IA: Aeronautica.

That doesnt have the wasp in it, hornets it has though. its in the doom book still.

Ah, you're right. I confused it with the Hornets as you'd guessed. So I guess there are two Eldar things in IA:11 that haven't been updated yet.

You know, if a company starts to change rules every second week for obvious financial reasons, I don't care anymore. My rules have been released a year ago, GW charged a lot of money for them and therefore should be good enough for everyone in my gaming group. BTW IA11 has standard rules for the Wasp, not Apocalypse rules.
