In the IA1SE Armoured Battle Group the company command tank has a special warlord trait table. I have questions about two possible outcomes of that roll.

4- warlord and vehicles within 12" add d6 to flat out moves.
...but the warlord can't flat out, or is this allowing Russ's to do so?

6- +1 victory point for things killed by command tanks rams
... But it can't ram, or is this allowing it to.

Orders- full speed ahead
Allows d3 in addition to normal flat out.
Can russes benefit?

Thanks in advance.

I think it is just, yet another, indication that the designers of Imperial Armour rules are not in any way, shape or form the same people that populate the Studio, and that they are both hugely incompetent when it comes to games design.

Soo, how does one go about interpreting this conundrum?

HIWPI: Since you get zero benefit without being able to flat out, I would say your flat out is zero, so 0"+d6", etc. and then use this new flat out to ram.

What is the point in in the Move Through Cover (Ruins)/Stealth Ruins Warlord Trait if there is no ruins? What about treating all Outflanking units as having Acute Senses when you have no Outflanking units?

It is not a conundrum. It's just bad luck if you roll a Warlord trait that does absolutely nothing.

First, not all Leman Russ' are Heavy vehicles (the Conquerer) springs to mind.
Second, the Salamander Recon Commander is also an HQ choice that can utilise the table.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

That way,then left

This book also has the Hades drill vehicle, which deals nasty damage when it Rams or Tank shocks ... It's a Heavy vehicle though ,and thus can't. It's a mess

It can Tank Shock, it just cannot Ram (normally). It is able to Ram when Deep Striking though.

Until just now I had t realized anything but the "company command tank" had the "company command tank" special rule. Thanks for pointing that out. But as it is anything but clear, there is no need to be flippant. I was just asking for clarification.
