I have not played a lot of 40K for a while and wanted to see if you guys think this is a viable list.
I have a lot of Tau but am very limited on Space Marines here is what I was thinking

Primary Force Space Marines

Chaplain with Jump Pack Teleporter Homer
10 man Tac with ML-Flakk and a Flamer Vet Sgt Power Sword in a Rhino Stock
10 man Tac with ML-Flakk and a Flamer Vet Sgt Power Sword in a Rhino Stock
Dreadnought in a Droppod stock configuration
5 Man Terminators stock
10 Assault Marines with 2 Plasma Pistols and a Vet Sgt Power Fist Combat Shield

Tau Allies
Commander with TL Fusion Shield Generator Onager Gauntlet and the Iridium Armor
10 Kroot Snipers
10 Kroot Snipers
Riptide with Ion TL Plasma
SkyRay with Sensor Spines

I think this covers my bases well

A few points. I'd take early warning override on your riptide makes it much better, I'd take off flak missiles from tacticals wasted points. I'd take off the termis and add In some better AA like a couple of stormtalon's. also I'd make you commander a buffmander with command and control node multi spectrum and the other one then attach him to your riptide.
