TBH, I don't think it's that solid.

Firstly, you're making the classic mistake of trying to use a stormraven as a gunboat; DON'T. there're so many better options than this. IMO you should drop it for a lascannon pred, as it will take out armour MUCH more effectively.

Secondly, you've not really got any scoring units. I know that ASM are troops, but they're not made for taking objectives whatsoever if they have their packs. instead of two with jump packs, I'd halve one of the ASM squads, take another 5 man one and put them both in preferably razorbacks, rhinos if you can't afford them even with the discount. Give both of the small squads flamers.

I'd leave the other ASM squad if you know you aren't going up against flyers, but otherwise I'd switch 'em for a tac squad with an aegis defence line with AA guns.

BTW, if you still want to keep the ASM I'd get them a sanguinary priest and probably change the libby to a reclusiarch, just for the assault bonuses the give.

The best thing about BA is their fast, cheap vehicles, and that should be taken advantage of as much as possible.

Agreed, accept for the part on the stormraven. It's a flying melta and lascannon toting maniac. It's fun.

I would use las/plas razorbacks and a baal pred with flamestorm.

I wouldn't use a Stormraven at 750pts. It's sitting in reserves while your scoring units are getting shot at from turn 1.
I'd pick something that starts on the table (or drops in turn 1) to take the heat of your scoring units

Baal Pred. Also, it makes your opponent hate you.
