Subject: Eldar 1500 - Attempt at a all-comers list

Hello,
I'm trying to make a all-comers list that would eventually be played at my FLGS. What are peoples thoughts on the below list?
1500 Pts - Codex: Eldar Supplement - Iyanden Roster - 1500 - Balanced
Total Roster Cost: 1497
HQ: Farseer (1#, 135 pts)
. . 1 Farseer, 120 pts = Eldar Jetbike + Singing Spear
. . . . 1 The Spirit Stone of Anath'lan,
Troops: Dire Avengers (6#, 200 pts)
. . 5 Dire Avengers, 65 pts
. . . . 1 Wave Serpent, 135 pts = Holo-Fields + TL Scatter Lasers
Troops: Dire Avengers (6#, 200 pts)
. . 5 Dire Avengers, 65 pts
. . . . 1 Wave Serpent, 135 pts = Holo-Fields 15 + TL Scatter Lasers
Troops: Windrider Jetbike Squad (6#, 122 pts)
. . 6 Windrider Jetbike Squad, 122 pts = Shuriken Cannon x2
Heavy Support: Night Spinner (1#, 115 pts)
. . 1 Night Spinner, 115 pts
Heavy Support: Night Spinner (1#, 115 pts)
. . 1 Night Spinner, 115 pts
Heavy Support: Wraithknight (1#, 240 pts)
. . 1 Wraithknight, 240 pts
Fast Attack: Warp Spiders (5#, 95 pts)
. . 5 Warp Spiders, 95 pts
Fast Attack: Warp Spiders (5#, 95 pts)
. . 5 Warp Spiders, 95 pts
Fast Attack: Crimson Hunter Exarch (1#, 180 pts)
. . 1 Crimson Hunter Exarch, 180 pts
Composition Report:
HQ: 1 (1 - 2)
Elite: 0 (0 - 3)
Troops: 3 (2 - 6)
Fast: 3 (0 - 3)
Heavy: 3 (0 - 3)
Fort: 0 (0 - 1)
I removed the HF from the NightSpinners for the Crimson Hunter Exarch Upgrade along with the singing spear. If I drop the Exarch upgrade and the Singing Spear, I'm 2 point over if I get 2 HF for the NightSpinners. What is everyone's suggestion?
I should also note my plan is to roll on the Runes of Fate table first. If I dont' get a power I feel I would use, I will take the primaris and roll on Divination. Again, if I switch it to the primaris I will roll on telepathy then. I feel the primaris powers are pretty decent without missing the change of getting one of the better powers. Listed below are the powers I would like from each of the disciplines.
Runes of Fate
Doom
Fortune
Guide
Eldritch Storm (If I'm facing a horde army)
Divination
Forewarning
Misfortune
Prescience
Telepathy
Invisibility
Hallucination
Puppet Master
Mental Fortitude
Psychic Shriek

... I've got nothing to suggest, which is weird for me.
The list looks good. Not many troops but well protected in either HF'd WS's or agile in the Jetbikes.
I wouldn't worry too much about HF's on the Spinners, as Barrage you can hide them if necessary.
Were you planning on having the Farseer or Wraithknight be the Warlord?

You cant post idvidual points for upgrades, agaisnt dakkadakka policies.
Has to be like this
Farseer, spear, bike, spirit stone of analathen 135
Please edit.
As for the list, im not much of a fan of night spinners in todays meta, but other people may disagree. Also drop shuiken cannons on bikes and add them to the waveserpents, so that they are Twin Linked. Just a little more bang for the buck.

@Quanar: Thanks for the compliment!
I was thinking of making the Farseer as the Warlord, but have contemplated using the Knight since he appears more intimidating. The reason for keeping it as the Farseer is that the Jetbikes provides him with some wounds that could be soaked up, and the Knight may be not be harassed.
This gives my opponent a choice of taking out my warlord or the knight which could remove any major threats to my lists. What is your thoughts on which should be warlord and why?
@Ninjafiredragon: Edited to remove the points. Thanks!
The Nightspinners were chosen as they would be able to deal with hordes as well as with monofilliment could potentially get AP1. What about the Night spinner do you not like in today's meta? I have been away from the game for a bit so am not familiar with the latest meta.
My thought was that I may be utilizing the serpent shield a fair bit as a weapon so it wouldn't be able to fire the under slung cannon. While on the jetbikes it would give them a little bit of a ranged attack.

Well there arnt many hordes out there unless your meta is something special. Yes theres a chance to get ap 1.. but one out 6... thats not very good. The compeititive GT meta at least is full of eldar, tau, deamons, space marines, and necrons, and all of which arent threatend by the night spinner. I find its better ti have war walkers with scatter lasers which is a very versatile role and can fill out anti infinitry if your really worried about that.
As for the wave serpents, yes fire the sheild. 99% of the time fire the sheild. Unless they have only av 13-14 tanks, riptides, or a ton of 2+ armor models, shoot the sheild. If you move 6" (and sense you only have 5 dire avengers inside, and therefore wont be unloading, you shoudnt move more than 6") Then you fire all 3 weapons at full ballistic skill. And if you have to move more than 6" for some reason, snap fire the cannon, but it will still be twin linked and should score at least one hit.
