Im not a pro and quite new to Chaos myself but most of it seems good. I too play Nurgle and Slaanesh and like the lists. However I agree with the general idea that the Black Mace is only worth putting on a Daemon Prince unless youre positive of fighting a swarm army with bad Saves. So if your area has Tyranid/Ork/Imperial Guard hordes it could be worth it.

But if you dont at AP 4 the Mace wont stick wounds to power armor troops reliably enough. Even if you still want to take the Mace there isnt a big enough advantage to having it and the Power Fist on the Nurgle Lord unless youre totally set on having him punch tanks in the face. Which is pretty cool sounding so if thats your idea maybe drop the mace and give Nurgly a Lightening Claw? That gives you the generalist setup thats strong in any situation like your Slaanesh Lord.

People are going to decry your mixing Sonic Blasters and Blastmasters in the same unit of Noise Marines by the way. The internet frowns on mixed weapons and ranges in the same unit. Im not 100% sure I agree but hey, Im a newbie.
