I highly doubt it to be honest but are there any games like Halo Wars and Company of Heroes on the Xbox 360?

Yep, there's a fair few.
Battle For Middle Earth 2 is great for LOTR/fantasy fans, the gameplay and graphics are a bit dated now, but as a game it's great fun.
Warhammer: Battle March is also very fun, a good variety of races, maps and units. The controls can be a little confusing but once you get used to them they're fine.

End War, while technically Real-Time Tactics rather than strategy is fantastic in my opinion.

Yes! That game was very amusing to play, and it really gave a feel of reality so to speak when you could command a unit by the will of your voice alone.

It was kinda rock/paper/scissors though... Bit annoying.

Yeah, I loved the game, but that always sucked some. There was never my three riflemen with grenade launchers COULD take these tanks. It was them getting steamrolled
