I got speed freak Orks and i want to make a slaanesh CSM army to ally with them. I just kind of like Slaanesh rather then the other ones. How should I make my army. I already got some advice but i need more details.
I was thinking:
Chaos lord with mark of slaanesh (for noise marines as troop choice)
Chaos sorcerer with of tzeentch (for thousand sons as troop choice)
CSM (comes with ten gonna turn 8 into thousand sons)
CSM attack squad (five CSM + 2 CSM from the CSM (above) to turn into noise marines)
Oblids
Heldrake
Forgefiend

Should I get those? Becuase all they are gonna do is shoot nothing much cuz i'm leaving the heavy fighting for my boyz not for punny, pink humies. The ladz can do!

Sadly the idea fails, because the Chaos Lord only turns cult marines into troops in the primary detachment. Also allies only get 1 Hq, elite, heavy, and fast slot. So you'd have to primary the csm to use all that at once.

If you want the csm as allies you'll have to find a different troop choice. Generic slaaneshi marines with icon of excess are good, cultists aren't really worth it in an army that can take gretchin, but are otherwise the cheapest unit you can take to unlock chaos' good stuff. If you take Noise Marines they'll have to come from elites

If you are running this as stand alone.
Thousand sons are pretty rubbish. The only cult marines you really want are plague marines and noise marines, which is fine because you like slaanesh.
In a Slaanesh list a sorcerer is a great second HQ, due to the synergy between the lore of slaanesh and noise marine sonic weapons.

Forgefiend is alright, but imo not as useful overall as mauler fiends

Consider Termicide, 3 Terminators with combi meltas. You can deep strike em in and nuke a tank that your boyz wou 'll d have trouble with. And you still get three termies in the enemy's backfield.

I hope some of this helps, good luck

Xom finds this thread hilarious!

Best thing you can get is biker sorc + nurgle spawns, a helldrake, nurgle oblits/maulerfiend and regular plazma-marines in a rhino. However, that's more of a nurgle-detachment. If u're in for slaanesh, you can take slaanesh bikers with icon of excess - they're usually much less durable and more expensive than spawns but will fit u'r wishes. U can paint regular plazma-marines pink without giving them MoS and call it a day. Or once again, MoS + icon of excess. Slaanesh oblits are pretty useless though. If u're not taking MoN, better go for a maulerfiend.

Thanks guys, i think now i'm going to go with:
Oblits
sorcerer
Noise marines (20 marines, 2 blast masters, 2 sonic blasters)
Heldrake
CSM squadron (MoS + icon of excess)
