My last list seemed kinda bad (40 models for 1000 points?) so I revised it. Heres the new one, tell me how it looks.
Hive tyrant: Boneswords, Heavy Venom Cannon, Toxin Sacs, Regeneration, Old adversary, Norn crown. 295 points.

12 Termagaunts, fleshborers. 48 points

3 warriors, 2 rending claws and spinefists, one Venom cannon and Scything talons. 110 points

I'd say you Tyrant is over equipped. Regen, Old adv, and Norm crown are all expensive add ons. I might keep Regen at low point levels but the Norm and Old Adv. I would likely spend elsewhere....
