I want to make "cheat" cards for complex models to make my gaming life easier, I saw a bat rep where someone had done something similar and I want to borrow it but I have long forgotten where I saw it of the best way to do it, this particular person have a little bigger than playing cards, CSM and Demons where in this battle, and his DP and GUO both had little check box’s for what blessing/armor/wing/gift/etc. they had.

I think that this is one of the best ideas I have ever seen, and I would like to just have a how to make guide for this. I have been looking at HH mostly recently, so I would love to make some for like Centurions and praetors.
But for chaos and DP it seems like a win win situation.

So I reach out to the community at large dose anyone have anything they use similar to this?

Just to add, there's a add on in there for card type called 'Modern Full Text' which doesn't come with the basic install. If you want to put a decent amount of text on the card without having to squint to read it I'd recommend installing that pack too.
