So I finally decided to take the plunge into airbrushing, but I wanted to run by what I was going to buy before I left out something important. I'm pretty sure I have everything I need, but for people more familiar with airbrushing, I would appreciate any advice on what else I might need.

Here's what I have planned to order.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0038D38AA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A23ADOZFIJNPFB

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001P5S5CO/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A23ADOZFIJNPFB

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001TO3L20/ref=ox_sc_act_title_6?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A23ADOZFIJNPFB

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VADIVC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_7?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A23ADOZFIJNPFB

That gives me the compressor, airbrush, hose, quick disconnect set, and cleaning station. I think that's everything I need, but I could be wrong.

Also, I thought about ordering a .50 mm needle to change out in case I wanted to airbrush larger models. My question is, do I really need it, and would it require any other parts other than the needle?

I would appreciate any advice, and thanks in advance for any help!

I am a bit new to airbrushing myself but from what I can see that seems to be a very nice starting setup.

The compressor looks very similar to mine. It works great and is very quiet.

The quickconnect and the proper hose is a very good idea. I use the same myself. The quickconnect will be even better when I get my second airbrush so I can do speed-swaps

When it comes to the needle I use mostly .3 and I think that the supplied .35 needle will do anything you can think of when it comes to miniatures. I would stick to that.

Looks like you did my shopping for me.

It seems all the fittings are 1/8" from the research I've done. Confirm?

Cheers
